Bio-T kit® Environmental Covid & Flu

The Bio-T kit® Environmental Covid & Flu contains a ready-to-use one-step RT-PCR Master Mix, allowing the detection in the same reaction well of:

- The E gene and N gene of SARS-CoV-2 thanks to a 6-FAM channel,

- The Influenza viruses type A&B thanks to a Texas Red channel,

- An Exogenous internal positive control IPC (DNA), thanks to Cy5 labeling, to add at the extraction step to assess nucleic acids extraction quality and absence of RT- PCR inhibitors.
