The Bio-T kit® ASFV Universal contains a ready-to-use Master Mix allowing the detection, in the same reaction well, of: - African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV) thanks to a 6-FAM channel, - An endogenous internal positive control IPC (GAPDH) to assess the presence of sufficient amount of host cells, sample integrity, nucleic acids extraction quality, and absence of RT-PCR inhibitors, thanks to a Cy5 channel, - An exogenous internal positive control IC (synthetic DNA) to ensure the quality of the extraction, thanks to a VIC channel. |

This kit is compatible with ABI PRISM® 7500 Fast, QuantStudio5®, Aria MxTM, CFX96, and all thermal cyclers with at least 6-FAM, VIC (HEX), and Cy5 channels.
