Bio-T kit® Anaplasma phagocytophilum & Anaplasma marginale

PCR kit for the detection and relative quantification of ruminant blood parasites and bacteria transmitted by hematophagous arthropods (ticks, midges, mosquitoes, etc.).

The Bio-T kit® Anaplasma phagocytophilum & Anaplasma marginale contains a ready-to-use Master Mix, allowing the detection of:

• Anaplasma phagocytophilum (A. phagocytophilum) thanks to a 6-FAM label,
• Anaplasma marginale (A. marginale) using a VIC label,
• an endogenous positive control IPC (gapdh), using Cy5 labeling, confirms the presence of sufficient host cells, the integrity of the nucleic acids in the sample, and the quality of the extraction as well as the absence of inhibition of the amplification reaction.
