Bio-T kit® Dictyocaulus viviparus

The Bio-T kit^®Dictyocaulus viviparus contains a ready-to-use one-step RT-PCR Master Mix, allowing the presence of:

• Dictyocaulus viviparus (6-FAM),
• An exogenous internal positive control (IPC) DNA to be added during the extraction of nucleic acids to validate the quality of the extraction of nucleic acids and the absence of inhibition (Cy5).

Samples types:

• Feces
• Individual or mixed analysis up to 5

This kit was developed and validated according to the prescriptions of the NF U47-600-2 standard published by AFNOR for the PCR part.
