Following the multiplication of cases and outbreaks of poultry contaminated by Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in Europe, surveillance of the virus is accelerating in many European countries. - the genomes of Avian Influenza A type viruses by targeting the M gene (segment 7) - 6-FAM marking, - an exogenous positive control RNA IC - VIC marking (suitable for species other than Galliformes, Anseriformes or Columbiformes), - an endogenous positive control IPC mARN (beta-actine) - Cy5 marking - which makes it possible to control the sample (quality of the sample and complete process).
