Driven by a spirit of innovation, we have developed a new diagnostic tool for Paratuberculosis, enabling the detection and quantification of Mycobacterium avium paratuberculosis by digital PCR (dPCR): the Bio-dPCR kit™ Mycobacterium avium paratuberculosis AQ. This triplex dPCR kit enables digital PCR to detect and quantify Mycobacterium avium paratuberculosis (MAP) IS900  multicopy and F57 monocopy genes. It also contains an exogenous internal control (IPC ) to guarantee reliable results, even on the most complex matrices.
