All orders on our BioSellal online store are shipped according to the following incoterms:

• European Union: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) - This means that we take care of all transport and customs charges until delivery to you.

• Rest of the world: DAP (Delivered At Place) - BioSellal takes care of transportation costs, but the customer is responsible for customs and import duties.

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• European Union: 24-48 hours depending on your location.

• Rest of the world: Delivery times may vary between 24-72 hours depending on the destination, but we are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs include postage, packaging and storage. They depend on the quantity of products ordered, the type of product and the destination. We strive to offer competitive rates to guarantee you the best possible shopping experience.

All our products are shipped from our warehouse in France. We ensure that every order is carefully prepared and dispatched to guarantee fast, efficient delivery.

The guaranteed remaining shelflife of the kits sold on the website represents at least 50% of the total shelflife of the product. Here are the remaining shelflives we guarantee for our products:

• Real-time PCR kits for the detection of RNA pathogens: 6 months

• Real-time PCR kits for DNA pathogen detection: 12 months

• ELISA and extraction kits: 7 months

These durations are the guaranteed minimums. In most cases, the products have a longer remaining shelf life. For any further questions regading the expiration dates or for additional information, our team is available to assist you.
