Bio-T kit® ASFV Universal

The Bio-T kit^® ASFV Universal contains a ready-to-use Master Mix allowing the detection, in the same reaction well, of:

- African Swine Fever virus (ASFV) thanks to a 6-FAM channel, 

- An endogenous internal positive control IPC (GAPDH) to assess the presence of a sufficient amount of host cells, sample integrity, nucleic acids extraction quality, and absence of RT-PCR inhibitors, thanks to a Cy5 channel,

- An exogenous internal positive control IC (synthetic DNA) to ensure the quality of the extraction, thanks to a VIC channel.
