qPCR-Premium® Borrelia Burgdorferi sensu lato

The qPCR-Premium^® Borrelia Burgdorferi sensu lato kit makes it possible to detect in the same reaction well, from arthritis synovial fluid, the presence of:

• Bacteria of the Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato complex (6-FAM), 
• An exogenous internal positive control (IPC) to add during extraction (Cy5), 

It also makes it possible to quantify the bacterial load in the number of Equivalent Genome (GE) by PCR in a relative way. 

Sampling types : 

• Arthritis synovial fluid
• Storage of samples: at 4°C for a maximum of 7 days or -20°C beyond
