BioSellal is a biotechnology company, located in the Lyon region, an expert in the development, production, and commercialization of reagents used for the detection of pathogens in animal health using molecular biology and immuno-serology methods.

Since 2020, in a OneHealth spirit, BioSellal has expanded its field of application of biology molecular to medical biology to detect respiratory pathogens.
More recently, environmental biology has come to complement the applications of our activity in molecular biology.

A Sales Administration and Logistics Manager


MISSIONS

Under the authority of the Administrative Director and to work in collaboration with the Manager of the ADV & Logistics department, your main missions will consist of:

- Receipt of customer orders

- Preparing and sending acknowledgments of receipt to customers

- Exchanges with the Production Centers (BM and ELISA) to collect information relating to the products ordered

- Edition of delivery notes

- Production of packages in compliance with current regulations and transport conditions

- Organization of transport: entry of transport slips, commercial discussions with carriers

- Informing customers about the status of their orders and tracking shipments

- Management of stocks and orders for distribution products after receipt of customer orders

- Management of stocks and orders of consumables dedicated to logistics and discussions commercial with the suppliers concerned

- Optimized management of exports outside the EU: search for freight forwarders, contact the CCI, monitor transport quote requests, INCOTERM management, search for customs codes, etc.

- Receipt of supply orders for all sectors

- Any other activity related to logistics in France and internationally

- Establishment of sales statistics


EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

- 1-year experience in a similar position

- Handling of products sensitive to storage and transport conditions

- Package handling - use of a pallet truck

- Knowledge of the regulations for the transport of dangerous materials

- Use of office tools

- Knowledge of Quadratus software and import-export management rules

PROFILE

- Initial bac +2/3 training in International Trade or Logistics

- English read, written and spoken


TERMS

- Permanent contract starting in May 2024

- Non-managerial status

- Gross monthly salary: 2100 to 2300€ depending on training and experience

- Weekly schedule: 36.5 hours (including 1.5 hours of CPR) Monday to Friday

- Location: Dardilly. Accessible by TCL from Vaise station
