Discover our new Premium Dx® 5Plex SARS-CoV-2 kit (PREMDX001/ PREMDX002) for the detection of the coronavirus responsible for the severe acute respiratory syndrome of Covid-19 disease (SARS-CoV-2) and the identification of the E484K, E484Q, and L452R mutations of the S gene by real-time RT-PCR with an endogenous internal positive control (IPC).
This kit is available in 500 (PREMDX001) or 1000 (PREMDX002) tests formats. It contains a ready-to-use single-step RT-PCR Master Mix, allowing the detection of the presence of :
- The E gene and the N gene of SARS-CoV-2 thanks to a Cy5 marking,
- The E484K mutation of the S gene of SARS-CoV-2 thanks to a Texas Red marking,
- The E484Q mutation of the S gene of SARS-CoV-2 thanks to a 6-FAM marking,
- The L452R mutation of the S gene of SARS-CoV-2 thanks to a VIC marking,
- Endogenous positive control IPC (RNASE P) thanks to an ATTO425 marking (thermocycler AriaMxTM* or equivalent) or ATTO700 (thermocycler Bio-Rad, QuantStudioTM 5** or equivalent).
* To use this kit on the AriaMxTM, it is necessary to add an ATTO425 reading filter. We are available to provide a quote.
